Team Leading NVQ's and Bespoke Training

The NVQ in Team Leading fits perfectly with a Senior Administrator/Receptionist role. It is an excellent introduction to Management and is delivered by Assessors who have worked as Practice Managers and therefore are able to ensure the programme is bespoke to the Health industry. The units include:

Mandatory:

  • Managing your resources (personal development)
  • Provide Leadership for your team
  • Develop productive working relationships with colleagues
  • Ensure your own actions reduce risks to Health and Safety

Optional:

  • Encourage innovation in your team
  • Allocate and check work in your team
  • Provide learning opportunities for colleagues
  • Resolve customer service problems
  • Support customer service improvements

Learners work closely with their Assessor and receive excellent mentoring and support to apply their learning in practice to make a real difference to how the team is working and improving as a continuous cycle.

Progression: Candidates can progress to NVQ Level 3 in Management
